Hummus Plain 300cc Glass Jar 300gr

Strain the Tat Boiled Chickpeas and peel them. Mesh by hand or using a kitchen appliance to make puree. Mesh sesame paste, lemon juice and garlic, add them to the puree and mix. Take the dish on a flat or oval plate and trim the surface. Heat the oil with chilli pepper and pour over the dish. Decorate with tomato and parsley before serving.

• A few tablespoons of olive oil
