Suvla is named after a bay in the north coast of the historical Gallipoli Peninsula. Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon varieties are grown on family vineyard Bozokbag and on the traditional vineyards of Gallipoli Peninsula. This white blend is fresh and lively with a straw yellow color along green hues. The nose is expressive with lemon and grapefruit and peach aromas with underlying hints of hazelnut and freshly cut grass. It is complimented with a vibrant acidity and minerality leading to a full-bodied aromatic taste. The finish is deep, fruity and long. It has a perfect match with all cheese plates, starters, grilled fish and white meats, sea foods, salads or by itself.
Alcohol: 12,5%
Food Pairings: Shellfishes without lemon sauce (calamary, shrimp, octopus, escallop, mussel, ink fish) fishes, olive oil starters, salads, cheese tray or unaccompanied.
