Delivery Information

For local deliveries:

We offer free delivery for purchases over $500 for Hong Kong Island and Kowloon, purchases over $800 for New Territories, and purchases over $1200 for Outlying Islands.

We will add an extra $100 for orders less than the free delivery amount. 

Buildings without lifts or products can only access through staircases, we will charge HKD$50 per floor up to 8 floors.

Returns:

A lot of our products are fragile, therefore we do not accept returns.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order after you have paid, there is a 6% (of the total purchase amount) transactional refund fee. More importantly, if we have already dispatched your order, there will be a cancellation fee of $138.
