DLC Sauvignon Blanc 750ml Turkish White Wine

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes for this DLC wine were grown in our own vineyards in Thrace and harvested in late August. The careful cultivation of these grapes has led to a refreshing wine which embodies the unique aromatic characteristics and vibrancy of Sauvignon Blanc at its optimum. In order to reflect these characteristics to their maximum, only free run juice fermented under low temperatures was used in this wine. As a result, this varietal invokes green apple, green plum and green herbal aromas,also honeysuckle, pineapple and lime are felt at the forefront. This smooth and refreshing wine also has quite a long finish on the palate.
