The wine is crafted exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon variety grown on the best parcels of organic family vineyard Bozokbag at Kabatepe region of Gallipoli Historical Peninsula. The grapes were harvested at the perfect stage of ripeness and aged for 18 months in oak barrels. The color is dense and very thick gamet red. It has a rich and complex bouquet dominated by fruity notes of red prune, ripe sour cherry and black forest fruits split with coffee and tobacco. It wraps around the pallet by a velvety and flesh body. It is supple, dynamic and has a long aftertaste, enhancing various fragrances to reach the luscious finish exhibiting violet, blackberry and smoky notes. Suitable for bottle aging. Decanting is suggested for enhancing the aromas and softening.
Food Pairings: Marinated red meats, liver, BBQ meat and kebabs.
