Suvla Reserve Roussanne - Marsanne Organic 2020 - 750ml Turkish White Wine

This versatile wine is crafted exclusively from organic plots of Roussanne and Marsanne grown on a single parcel of the family vineyard Bozokbag, on the Gallipoli Peninsula. The fermentation and aging is completed in french oak barrels for 8 months. The wine exhibits a good complexity with the notes of white peach, pear, honeysuckle, vanilla and white chocolate. On the palate it is balanced, crisp and persistant. It leads to a long and elegant finish by enhancing the fruity and spicy notes. Suitable for bottle aging.

Food Pairings: Grilled/scallop (without lemon saucebig fishes (sea bass, sea bream, grouper, bonito), escallop, seafood pizza and pasta.
